Sameer Jain - Illinois Youth and Government Lieutenant Governor, 2020-21

"Running for office has hands down been the best experience I've had in Youth and Gov. I learned leadership by working to convince others that I possessed it, teamwork with delegates from my school and across the entire state, and how to advocate for the issues that I want to remedy within my community and beyond. It was through this process I truly learned what it meant to be a leader in our democracy."
