There is an alarming lack of education and literature written by or about Black or Indigenous People of Color in our American school system. Most of our curriculum is written by White men. So, let's Change the Narrative. The Diversify Our Narrative Campaign aims to change this through student-led petitions. The petition urges the school board to introduce more literature and a curriculum that educates students on the different communities of color living in America and systemic racism that is still prevalent in today's society.
